Processional Hymn - 567 - Holy, Holy, Holy
Holy, holy, holy! Lord God Almighty!
Early in the morning our song shall rise to thee.
Holy, holy, holy! Merciful and mighty!
God in three Persons, blessed Trinity!
Holy, holy, holy! All the saints adore thee,
Casting down their golden crowns around the glassy sea,
Cherubim and seraphim falling down before thee,
God everlasting through eternity.
Holy, holy, holy! Though the darkness hide thee,
Though the eye made blind by sin thy glory may not see,
Only thou art holy, there is none beside thee,
Perfect in pow’r, in love, and purity.
Holy, holy, holy! Lord God Almighty!
All thy works shall praise thy name, in earth and sky and sea.
Holy, holy, holy! Merciful and mighty,
God in three persons, blessed Trinity.
Greeting:
Priest: The Lord be with you.
ALL: And with your spirit.
Gloria
Glory to God in the highest,
And on earth peace to people of good will.
We praise you, we bless you, we adore you,
We glorify you,
We give you thanks for your great glory.
Lord God, heavenly king,
O God, Almighty Father.
Glory to God in the highest,
And on earth peace to people of good will.
Lord, Jesus Christ,
Only Begotten Son,
Lord God, Lamb of God, Son of the Father,
You take away the sins of the world,
Have mercy on us.
You take away the sins of the world,
Receive our prayer;
You are seated at the right hand of the Father, have mercy on us.
Glory to God in the highest,
And on earth peace to people of good will.
For you alone are the Holy One,
You alone are the Lord,
You alone are the Most High, Jesus Christ,
with the Holy Spirit,
in the glory of God the Father,
Amen, amen.
Glory to God in the highest,
And on earth peace to people of good will.

1st Reading - Dt. 4:32-34, 39-40
Moses said to the people:
"Ask now of the days of old, before your time,
ever since God created man upon the earth;
ask from one end of the sky to the other:
Did anything so great ever happen before?
Was it ever heard of?
Did a people ever hear the voice of God
speaking from the midst of fire, as you did, and live? Or did any god venture to go and take a nation for himself from the midst of another nation, by testings, by signs and wonders, by war, with strong hand and outstretched arm, and by great terrors, all of which the LORD, your God,
did for you in Egypt before your very eyes?
This is why you must now know,
and fix in your heart, that the LORD is God
in the heavens above and on earth below,
and that there is no other.
You must keep his statutes and commandments that I enjoin on you today, that you and your children after you may prosper, and that you may have long life on the land which the LORD, your God, is giving you forever."
The Word of the Lord.
ALL: Thanks be to God.
Responsorial Psalm - Psalm 33
R. Blessed the people the Lord has chosen to be his own.
Bless the LORD, O my soul!
O LORD, my God, you are great indeed!
How manifold are your works, O LORD!
The earth is full of your creatures.
R. Blessed the people the Lord has chosen to be his own.
If you take away their breath, they die and they return to their dust.
When you send forth your Spirit of life, they are created in your sight.
R. Blessed the people the Lord has chosen to be his own.
May his glory last for all time; may the LORD be glad in his works!
Pleasing to him be my theme; I will be glad in the LORD.
R. Blessed the people the Lord has chosen to be his own.
Second Reading - Romans 8:14-17
Brothers and sisters:
For those who are led by the Spirit of God are sons of God.
For you did not receive a spirit of slavery to fall back into fear, but you received a Spirit of adoption, through whom we cry, "Abba, Father!"
The Spirit himself bears witness with our spirit
that we are children of God, and if children, then heirs, heirs of God and joint heirs with Christ,
if only we suffer with him so that we may also be glorified with him.
The Word of the Lord.
ALL: Thanks be to God.

Gospel - Matthew 28:16-20
Priest or Deacon: The Lord be with you.
ALL: And with your spirit.
Priest/Deacon: A reading from the Gospel according to Matthew.
ALL: Glory to you, O Lord (while make a small sign of the Cross on the forehead, lips, and chest).
The eleven disciples went to Galilee,
to the mountain to which Jesus had ordered them.
When they all saw him, they worshiped, but they doubted.
Then Jesus approached and said to them,
"All power in heaven and on earth has been given to me.
Go, therefore, and make disciples of all nations,
baptizing them in the name of the Father,
and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit,
teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you.
And behold, I am with you always, until the end of the age."
The Gospel of the Lord.
ALL: Praise to you, Lord Jesus Christ.

Nicene Creed (please stand)
I believe in one God,
the Father almighty,
maker of heaven and earth,
of all things visible and invisible.
I believe in one Lord Jesus Christ,
the Only Begotten Son of God,
born of the Father before all ages.
God from God, Light from Light,
true God from true God,
begotten, not made,
consubstantial with the Father;
through him all things were made.
For us men and for our salvation
he came down from heaven,
and by the Holy Spirit was incarnate of the Virgin Mary, and became man.
For our sake he was crucified under Pontius Pilate, he suffered death and was buried, and rose again on the third day
in accordance with the Scriptures.
He ascended into heaven
and is seated at the right hand of the Father.
He will come again in glory
to judge the living and the dead
and his kingdom will have no end.
I believe in the Holy Spirit, the Lord, the giver of life, who proceeds from the Father and the Son, who with the Father and the Son is adored and glorified,
who has spoken through the prophets.
I believe in one, holy, catholic and apostolic Church.
I confess one Baptism for the forgiveness of sins and I look forward to the resurrection of the dead and the life of the world to come.
Amen.
General Intercessions:
After each prayer, respond: Lord, hear our prayer.

Offertory Song -615 - Holy God, We Praise Thy Name
Holy God, we praise Thy name!
Lord of all, we bow before thee!
All on earth thy scepter claim,
All in heav’n above adore thee;
Infinite thy vast domain,
Everlasting is thy reign.
Infinite thy vast domain,
Everlasting is thy reign.Hark! the loud, celestial hymn
Angel choirs above are raising;
Cherubim and Seraphim,
In unceasing chorus praising,
Fill the heav’ns with sweet accord;
“Holy, holy, holy Lord!”
Fill the heav’ns with sweet accord;
“Holy, holy, holy Lord!”Lo, the apostolic train
Joins, the sacred name to hallow;
Prophets swell the loud refrain,
And the white-robed martyrs follow;
And from morn to setting sun,
Through the Church the song goes
And from morn to setting sun,
Through the Church the song goes on.Holy Father, Holy Son,
Holy Spirit, Three we name thee;
While in essence only One,
Undivided God we claim thee;
and adoring bend the knee,
while we own the mystery.
and adoring bend the knee,
while we own the mystery.

Communion Hymn - 914 - Lord, Who at Your First Eucharist
Lord, who at your first Eucharist did pray
That all your Church might be forever one,
Help us at ev'ry Eucharist to say
With longing heart and soul,
"Your will be done."
Thus may we all one Bread, one Body be,
Through this blest Sacrament of Unity.
For all your Church, O Lord, we intercede;
O make our lack of charity to cease;
Draw us the nearer each to each, we plead,
By drawing all to you, O Prince of Peace;
Thus may we all one Bread, one Body be,
Through this blest Sacrament of Unity.
We pray for those who wander
from your fold;
O bring them back,
Good Shepherd of the sheep,
Back to the faith which
saints believed of old,
Back to the Church which still
that faith does keep;
Thus may we all one Bread, one Body be,
Through this blest Sacrament of Unity.
So, Lord, at length when
sacraments shall cease,
May we be one with all your Church above,
One with your saints in
one unbroken peace,
One with your saints in
one unbounded love;
More blessed still, in peace and love to be
One with the Trinity in Unity.
Recessional Hymn - 985 - Mine Eyes Have Seen the Glory
Mine eyes have seen the glory of the coming of the Lord;
He is trampling out the vintage where the grapes of wrath are stored;
He hath loosed the fateful lightning of his terrible swift sword;
His truth is marching on.
Glory, glory! Hallelujah!
Glory, glory! Hallelujah!
Glory, glory! Hallelujah!
His truth is marching on.
2. I have seen him in the watchfires of a hundred circling camps;
They have builded him an altar in the evening dews and damps.
I can read the righteous sentence by the dim and flaring lamps;
His day is marching on.
3. He has sounded forth the trumpet that shall never call retreat;
He is sifting out all human hearts before his judgment seat.
O be swift, my soul, to answer him; be jubilant, my feet!
Our God is marching on.
4. In the beauty of the lilies Christ was born across the sea,
With a glory in his bosom that transfigures you and me.
As he died to make us holy, let us live to make all free
While God is marching on.
